MenuData 2027 Trends examines nine food trends through their menu growth, dishes and pairings. MenuData compared menu listings at the same 30,760 U.S. operators in Q2 2025 and Q2 2026. Listings for 12 everyday items grew a median 11%, the benchmark used to assess the nine trends.
